Subject and Scope of the Contract

3.1 The subject of the User Agreement is the determination of the Services offered on the Site, the terms of use of these Services, and the rights and obligations of the parties.

3.2 The scope of the User Agreement is the User Agreement and Octets, as well as statements such as warnings, articles and explanations made by Win In Montenegro regarding the use, membership and Services contained on the Site.

Terms of Membership and Use of the Service

4.1 Membership is completed by registering from the relevant section of the Site by sending the necessary credentials to become a member of the Site by the person who wants to become a User, and approving the registration by Win In Montenegro. Until the membership process is completed, the right and authority to become a User defined in this User Agreement cannot be obtained.

Rights and Obligations

5.1. Rights and Obligations of the User

a) The User agrees, declares and undertakes that when performing membership procedures, using the Services of the Site and performing any actions related to the Services on the Site, he will act in accordance with all the terms contained in the User Agreement, the rules set out in the relevant parts of the Site and all applicable legislation, understands and approves all the terms and rules set out above.

b) The User agrees, declares and undertakes that Win In Montenegro will be authorized to disclose confidential/private/ commercial information belonging to him to both official authorities and rights holders in accordance with the provisions of the mandatory legislation in force, together with the provisions contained in the Privacy Policy, or in cases of alleged violation of the rights of other Users and third parties, and therefore no compensation can be requested from Win In Montenegro under any name.

c) The means of access to the system that users use in order to benefit from the Services offered by Win In Montenegro (Username, password, etc.) the issues related to their security, storage, keeping away from the information of third parties and their use are entirely the responsibility of the Users. Win In Montenegro has no responsibility, direct or indirect, for the damages suffered or may be suffered by Users and/or third parties due to all negligence and defects of users in matters such as security, storage, keeping away from the information of third parties, use of the means of access to the system, etc. Win In Montenegro does not have any responsibility, directly or indirectly, for damages suffered or may be suffered by Users and/or third parties.

d) Users accept, declare and undertake that the information and content provided by them within the Site is correct and in accordance with the law. e) Users may not transfer their rights and obligations under the User Agreement, in whole or in part, to any third party without the written consent of Win In Montenegro.

f) Those who benefit from the Services offered by Win In Montenegro and those who use the Site may only make transactions on the Site for legal purposes. Civil and criminal liability for every action and action that users perform on the Site belongs to them. h) Users accept, declare and undertake that this User Agreement will be valid in all kinds of media in which the Site operates, including the mobile environment.

i) Win In Montenegro provides its Users with the opportunity to receive promotional and informational messages to be made by Win In Montenegro on their own Initiative. Users acknowledge, declare and undertake that they have given their consent to the sending of all kinds of informational and promotional messages by Win In Montenegro in every medium in which the Site operates, including mobile media. Users had the right to make changes to the settings contained in the user account and to receive information and promotional messages.

5.2. Rights and Obligations of Win In Montenegro

a) Win In Montenegro reserves the right to change the Services and content offered on the Site at any time; to close and delete the information and content uploaded by Users to the system to third parties, including Users. Users are obliged to immediately comply with the changes and/or corrections requested by Win In Montenegro. c) Win In Montenegro does not take part in disputes arising between Users in relation to the Services provided on the Site and the Products contained on it, as a mediator or arbitrator Decrees.
